This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through The Vault. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or visibly worn clothing or accessories
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Hygiene-sensitive products

3. Return Authorization

All returns must be authorized before shipment. To request approval, email us at voyagevaultonline@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Full name used at checkout
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method and typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. After verification, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

7. Late or Missing Refunds
