1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery within the United States is 5–10 business days depending on your location. A tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

2. How do I track my order?

A tracking link will be sent to your email after your order ships. Can't find it? Check your spam or junk folder first, then reach out if you still need help.

3. What is your return policy?

4. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost after verification.

5. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified before processing begins. Once your order is in processing, changes are no longer possible. Contact us immediately if you need to make a change.

6. Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We occasionally offer promotional free shipping within the United States — follow us to stay in the loop.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes — The Vault ships internationally. Delivery times and shipping fees vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
