Physical Products 

We accept returns on eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at voyagevaultonline@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item

We will replace the item or issue a refund when applicable.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Customized or personalized items


Refunds (When Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund.
