Thank you for shopping with THE VAULT. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.


1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.


2. Shipping Times & Delivery

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery windows:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

 


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Weight

  • Carrier rates

We do not mark up shipping costs.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

THE VAULT is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If your package is lost or delayed, contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.


6. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at voyagevaultonline@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will replace the item or issue a refund when applicable.


8. International Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
